Мета уроку:
1.Практична:удосконалювати навички діалогічного та монологічного мовлення, розвивати навички читання і вміння аудіювати текст, активізувати лексико – граматичний матеріал,використовувати вивчений матеріал в інсценуванні казок та віршів.
2.Освітня: поглибити знання учнів про значення їжі у житті людини.
3.Розвивальна:розвивати в учнів увагу, швидку реакцію, зацікавленість, артистичні здібності, уміння логічно мислити, працювати самостійно та в групі, уміння спілкуватись з оточуючими, розвивати вміння працювати в різних режимах навчання і контролю.
4.Виховна: виховувати повагу учнів до людей різних професій.

P: We are happy and we have good mood when we are healthy.
T: Yes, health plays a very big role in our life. When you are healthy, you are happy and I can see your smiling faces. So let`s smile and sing about smiles.(song). It is so pleasant for me to see your snowwhiten smiles and your smiles are beautiful , you have healthy teeth because you eat healthy food .We are going to speak about our health, about our teeth and about our food. And the topic of our lesson is ”Healthy Food and Healthy Teeth’.” And we are going to revise our lexis, grammar material “should”, “shouldn’t”, to read the text, to listen, to write, to play, to check up your home task, we will talk about your likes and dislikes in food and at the end of the lesson you will be able to present your projects to our topic. The epigraph to our lesson is: “Good health is above wealth” Do you agree with me? Let`s start.

Let`s work with coloured pictures and give your advice. There are our friends Becky and Jack. We know, Becky likes healthy food and Jack likes unhealthy food.

“Cleaning teeth”
P: First of all we should buy a very good toothbrush and change it every three month. We should brush down on the top teeth and brush up on the bottom teeth.
We should move the brush gently up and down.
We should go to a dentist twice a year. Sweets and sugar are very bad for our teeth.
“ Food in our school canteen”.
P: I visit our school canteen every day. Our school canteen is big and beautiful. We eat tasty food. As for me I do not like meat. I prefer to eat fish. I want to have more fruit for breakfast and drink only juice in our canteen. We get vitamin C from green vegetables, fruit. We need vitamin C for healthy skin and bones.

T:I think you worked hard during the lesson. And now we can relax. In the third form we read the fairy tale “Which piece is mine?” This fairy tale is very good for our topic. Not only we know much about healthy food, but our friends a cat, a rabbit, a fox know it too. Your speaking skills are very good and you can use your knowledge in practice. Now you can see an interesting play. Our play begins.

Author: The cat and the rabbit are good friends. One day in the wood they find a big piece of cheese. They like cheese very much.
Cat: You cut the cheese into two pieces.
Rabbit: I shall make the piece the same size. (He cuts the cheese into two pieces. But one is bigger than the other).
Cat: (taking the bigger piece). I`ll take this piece.
Rabbit: Don`t take it. I want this piece. (The Fox walks by).
Rabbit: Dear Fox, we have two pieces of cheese. I want the bigger piece. The Cat wants the bigger piece too. Which piece is mine?
Fox: I`ll help you. I`ll bite the bigger piece so they will be the same size. (She bites the cheese, but she bites off too much again).
Cat: Now the other piece is bigger!
Fox: That`s all right. I`ll bite it too. (But she bites off too much again).
Rabbit: Now the first piece is bigger again.
Fox: I`ll bite it again. Then they will be the same size.(This time she eats up the first piece.)
Cat: I don`t see the first piece.
Fox: Now I`ll eat the other piece too. Then they will be the same size. (She eats the other piece, and she runs away.)
Rabbit: Now we have no cheese at all.
Cat: It`s a lesson for us to be clever in future.
