Тема. Тип уроку: засвоєння лексики й розвитку діалогічного мовлення. Обладнання: підручник, малюнки, таблиця. Хід уроку І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНОЗЕМНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ ►► Greeting and Aim The topic of our lesson is "Medicine". By the end of the lesson you should be able to use the vocabulary in speaking. You'll practice the skill of asking and answering the questions about health, medicine. ►► Warm up "Find your partner" The teacher prepares a set of phases used while talking to a doctor. Divide each sentence into two parts — one strip for each pupil. The task of each pupil is to look for the second half. If one pupil has found a partner, they stop aside and let the other pupils find their partners.
II. ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ ►► Check on Homework Group work Учні груп готують інформацію щодо здорового способу життя на окремих аркушах. Один учень із групи прикріплює аркуш із реченнями на дошці. Два учні біля дошки читають речення. Якщо речення мають схожу інформацію, вони складаються разом. Зачитуються речення, що виражають суть здорового способу життя. Examples

Now let's phone your mum. Game "Make up a sentence". Now let's play. You have to make up sentences.
Complete the sentence with the words. Ex. 3, p. 101. Example:

Алергія Цілі: практична: вдосконалення мовленнєвих навичок з аудіювання, читання, усного мовлення; розвивальна: розвивати різні види пам'яті; виховна: виховувати співчуття до людей, дбайливе ставлення до свого здоров'я і здоров'я інших; освітня: розширювати знання учнів про здоровий спосіб життя. Тип уроку: розвитку навичок читання, аудіювання і мовлення. Обладнання: підручник, картки, запис. Хід уроку І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНОЗЕМНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ ►► Greeting and Aim Good morning children! It's nice to see you. How are you today? Are you in good mood? Are you creative and active to start our lesson? I am sure you are. Today I want to suggest a very important topic. We are going to read and talk about allergies. By the end of the lesson we'll revise the vocabulary and will be able to use it in your speech. Besides you'll act the dialogues and do some interesting tasks. ►► Warm up Game "Jigsaw sentence" (group work) I give a set of jigsaw sentence to each group of four pupils. I ask them to make up 4-5 sentences, read and translate them after that. Which group will be the first one to make up sentences? Jigsaw sentences: the cards are mixed.
II. ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ ►► Check on Homework Match the words and word combinations (1-7) with their definitions (a-g). WB Ex. 6a, p. 40.
Finish the sentence. WB Ex. 6b, p. 40.
►► Listening T. I am going to read a short story about Rick, who is talking about his health problem — allergies. What things do you associate with allergies? Let's make up a "Mind map" for this topic.
 Is allergy dangerous for a person? While-listening Activities Первинне прослуховування тексту. Listening for the main idea of the text. Write 4 questions and try to find the answer while listening. Повторне прослуховування тексту. Listen to the text again to identify specific information. T: You have to tick T (true) or F (false) the statements. (Тексти для аудіювання на с. 223)
T: Answer the questions. 1. Can people say that Rick has any health problem when they look at him?
Speak about Rick using the questions as a plan. ►► Vocabulary Practice Practicing Pronunciation Read the words, word combinations in English. Post Reading Activities. Group Work Перевірка розуміння тексту та виконання післятекстових комунікативних вправ. A strip story. (Учитель роздає розрізаний на смужки текст групам і пропонує учням скласти його повний варіант.) Make the mixed strips in logic order. Read and retell the summary of the text. |
